Write a review of any of your fave games albums, or movies and send 'em to [email protected] (details on sending em in the boxout "SENDING INSTRUCTIONS) Reviews must be kept clean, no swearing or sex thank you. They must be no longer than 500 words, and no less than 100 words (use the word count thingy in word) If you are unsure how to approach a review, use the following points:
Analyse the good and bad points of the game, album or film (great sounds, good story, great graphics, etc) Compare the two and see which comes out the best The percentage score can be difficult to choose. A rubbish game/film/album shouldn't get more than 20%. A average game/film/album should get no more than 60%. Decent games/films/albums should get no more than 85%. Great games/films/albums should get between 85-95%. Remember, anything at 96% is a benchmark game, but anything above that has to be truly special... Even if you are reviewing bad games, try to pick any good things from the detritus of game design Our reviews may not match up to those of the people working at games magazines, but they are decent enough examples which you could use.
GOOD LUCK!
With regard to any screenshots, send 'em either separately or in attachments. If they are especially good we'll post 'em, and if I see something extra funny or special, it'll become screenshot of the moment. Fame at last.... Maximum number is 3 screenshots per review, in .JPEG format please. If you are unable to get any of your own, tell us in your email and we'll provide some cracking ones for you. If you wish to add funny captions to them, place at the end of your review something resembling the following: SHOT001 (or filename of screenshots)-CAPTION: Hilarious comment! So, GET REVIEWING!!!
